Refund & Return Policy

At Coutures Fashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility (U.S. Orders Only)

We accept returns for orders shipped within the United States under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Item must be returned in the original clear garment packaging with SKU label intact

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation

The return window begins on the day the tracking status shows “Delivered.”

For split shipments, the return window begins after the final package has been delivered.


2. Return Authorization Required

Before sending any item back, you must contact our customer support team to request approval.

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • The RA number must be written clearly inside the return package.

  • Returns without an approved RA number may be declined.

Items must be shipped back within 7 business days after receiving the RA number.


3. Return Address (U.S. Returns Only)

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns that do not meet policy requirements may:

    • Be declined, or

    • Be subject to a 20% restocking fee


5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.


6. Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days from the date the return is received for inspection and processing.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.


7. International Orders (Outside the U.S.)

At this time, we do not accept returns for orders shipped outside of the United States.

All international sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
